Responsibilities & Context
• To collect customer installments regularly and ensure proper deposit into company accounts.
• To achieve credit recovery targets through daily follow-ups and timely reporting.
• To maintain strong relationships with customers, vehicle parties, and local authorities.
• To ensure accurate documentation and monitor all branch credit files.
• To plan and execute overdue recovery, seizure, and vehicle release activities as per company policy.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and assist supervisors in resolving critical recovery issues.
