Position Overview:
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing (Real Estate Division) will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies for Concord’s premium real estate projects. This role requires an experienced, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in real estate or direct sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing Concord’s leadership in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell all products of Concord Real Estate & Building Products Ltd.

Achieve company sales goals through direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing.

Meet and engage with potential clients to promote ongoing and upcoming projects.

Respond to client queries both in person and over the phone.

Collect booking money and down payments from new clients and ensure proper documentation.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.

Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain an updated client and market database.

Analyze monthly sales statistics and growth performance.

Ensure effective collection and recovery to meet targets.

Prepare and implement sales and marketing strategies.

Generate leads through market research and customer outreach.

Prepare deeds of agreement and issue official letters as per company policy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from a reputed university.

4 to 8 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in the following sectors will be preferred: Real Estate, Group of Companies, or Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company.
