Position Overview:
The Head of Sales will lead the company’s sales strategy and execution across SaaS, software, and marketing service verticals. This leadership role requires a visionary professional who can drive revenue growth, manage high-performing sales teams, and build strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B software and digital solutions, along with the ability to inspire teams, close enterprise-level deals, and execute strategic sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies for SaaS, software, and digital marketing services.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team to achieve set targets.

Identify new business opportunities, pitch tailored solutions, and close deals confidently.

Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client solutions.

Track sales performance using CRM tools and prepare reports for senior management.

Maintain long-term client relationships and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new market developments.

Drive innovation and data-driven decision-making within the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Service Marketing from a reputed institution.

3 to 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles.

Candidates with experience in Telecommunication, IT Enabled Services, Direct Marketing, or B2B Software Startups will be preferred.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Hands-on experience with CRM software and digital sales tools.
