Tokyo Development Engineers Ltd., a reputed developer company jointly established by Japanese and Bangladeshi experts, is inviting applications for the position of Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing. Job Context:
As part of a dynamic sales and marketing team, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the competitive real estate market. The role requires sound knowledge of land share projects, real estate regulations, and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for land share and apartment sales.
- Explain project features, legal details, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct site visits, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and execute strategic social media and promotional campaigns.
- Manage customer service for apartment buyers and landowners.
- Prepare sales reports and assist management in refining marketing strategies.
- Build and strengthen the company’s marketing and sales operations.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in the Real Estate or Developer sector.
- Preference will be given to candidates with land share sales experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Age: 24 to 35 years.
- Must have strong communication, writing, and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, internet use, and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of government construction rules and real estate regulations.
- Must be honest, smart, dynamic, and hardworking.
