Job Context:
The company is seeking experienced, motivated, and dynamic sales professionals to join its regional offices in Cox’s Bazar, Patiya, Hathazari, and Raozan under Chattogram operations. The selected candidates will play a vital role in driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and representing Sanmar’s exclusive real estate portfolio with integrity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
- Conduct sales presentations and property showings, effectively communicating value and trust.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain regular sales reports and share customer insights with the team leader.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the entire sales and post-sales process.
- Uphold Sanmar’s values of honesty, transparency, and professionalism in all business dealings.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
