Job Context:
The selected candidates will play a vital role in expanding SCRM’s corporate client base and strengthening business relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients to promote SCRM’s products.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Conduct meetings and product presentations confidently to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update sales records regularly.
- Represent the company with professionalism, politeness, and dedication.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in the steel industry preferred.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age between 22 and 30 years.
- Must be smart, confident, and well-groomed in communication and behavior.
- Excellent command over both Bengali and English.
- Target-oriented, polite, proactive, and eager to learn.
