Job Context:
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relations, and achieving monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and market research. This role demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining the company’s professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and secure property sales.
- Conduct client prospecting, customer visits, and continuous market research to identify new opportunities.
- Attend property viewings and provide clients with accurate, relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients to sustain engagement and satisfaction.
- Keep track of competitor activities, industry developments, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience & Additional Requirements:
- Age between 27 and 35 years.
- Candidates with experience in real estate or any sales-related industry are encouraged to apply.
