Best Electronics Limited, one of Bangladesh’s fastest-growing retail chains for home appliances and consumer electronics, is looking for a Senior Executive (Marketing) to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing operations across Bangladesh, ensuring strong brand visibility, and enhancing showroom experiences through innovative merchandising and promotional activities.
Job Context:
This position requires an experienced, creative, and energetic professional capable of handling both on-ground and strategic marketing initiatives. The candidate will frequently travel across the country to supervise showroom merchandising, printing coordination, and campaign implementation while ensuring consistent brand representation at all retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively across Bangladesh for marketing operations and brand activation.
- Oversee merchandising and product display in showrooms to ensure proper visibility and appeal.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for digital and offset printing materials.
- Supervise the production of signboards, ACP panels, and other promotional materials.
- Implement and monitor showroom decoration plans to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and event coordination.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and results.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing roles.
- Must have prior experience in consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital and offset printing technologies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Creative problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of showroom decoration principles will be an added advantage.
