Job Context:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing showroom sales, ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory records. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations at the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell jewelry products to customers using strong selling techniques and unique value propositions.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify customer preferences and recommend suitable products or upgrades.
- Build customer confidence by offering expert advice and personalized suggestions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while identifying new opportunities to increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, EFD operations, registers, and stock inventory.
- Assist in product display preparation, visual merchandising, and inventory counting.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and follow company dress code and presentation standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance brand image and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
