Position Overview:

Kufner is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive – Marketing/Sales to manage customer relationships, drive business growth, and oversee the order handling process. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in textiles, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage customer accounts and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order handling for apparel accessories, ensuring timely follow-up with production teams, customers, and buyers.

  • Develop new customers in the garment accessories and interlining market; business development is mandatory.

  • Plan, prepare, and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategic business plans.

  • Support all daily sales activities from customer engagement, product marketing, order placement, to shipment follow-up.

  • Maintain regular communication with the Regional Office in India and ensure alignment with company procedures.

  • Follow all approval processes as per company SOPs, manuals, and standards.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, representing the company’s values with professionalism.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Senior Executive role.

  • BBA or MBA (Marketing major preferred) from a recognized university.
  • Must have experience in the Textile Industry.

  • Prior experience in interlining or garment accessories sales is highly preferred.

  • Strong skills in sales management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

  • Proficient in MS Office and computer applications.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Male candidates only, age 25+.
