Job Context:
The Field Marketing Executive will play a vital role in building relationships with healthcare professionals and driving product demand across assigned territories. This position offers a dynamic career opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the sales and marketing field within a leading pharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and share product information effectively and professionally with healthcare professionals to create product demand.
- Collect and process sales orders from chemists and pharmacies to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain strong communication and rapport with healthcare professionals and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Must have Science background up to SSC level.
- Minimum CGPA 2.5 or above (no lower accepted).
Additional Requirements:
- Age not exceeding 32 years.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work anywhere in Bangladesh.
- High sense of responsibility, commitment, and result orientation.
