Voltex Battery Manufacturing Co Ltd, a well reputed lead acid automotive battery manufacturer and after sales service provider in Bangladesh, is inviting applications for the position of Executive Sales and Marketing. The role is ideal for target driven sales professionals who want to grow in the motorcycle battery, lubricant and parts market across Bangladesh.
As Executive Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets, developing the distributor and dealer network, and strengthening relationships with dealers and retailers. You will visit distributors and dealers regularly as per route plan, solve field issues, support secondary and cash sales, and continuously work to increase sales in your assigned territory. The role also includes assisting in sales planning, forecasting market demand, and reporting daily sales target versus achievement to management.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets in assigned areas
• Set up and manage distributors and dealers as required
• Visit distributors and dealers regularly, address issues and ensure smooth operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers and keep regular contact with retailers
• Ensure secondary sales and cash sales and take initiatives to promote and increase sales
• Assist in sales planning and forecast market demand to meet set targets
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports including target versus achievement
Requirements
• HSC or Bachelor or Honors from a recognised institution
• Minimum one year of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in lubricant or battery industry
• Experience in motorcycle battery, lubricant and parts will be preferred
• Practical experience in marketing, sales, customer support or client service, marketing research and open market activities
• Experience in target based sales is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player with the ability to coordinate sales activities in proper order
• Must be able to fulfil responsibilities in a structured and organised manner
