Rancon Holdings Limited, one of the country’s leading business groups, is seeking an experienced Area or Regional Sales Manager for its retail brand RANGS eMART, specializing in consumer electronics and home appliances. This senior position is ideal for a dynamic leader with strong retail sales expertise, team management experience, and deep knowledge of the electronics industry.
The role focuses on driving regional sales performance, managing showroom teams, expanding customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The selected candidate will also support channel management, lead promotional initiatives, and uphold the company’s service and compliance standards across all retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement
• Set regional sales goals based on company objectives and market demand
• Implement sales strategies to ensure consistent achievement of targets
• Manage and monitor daily and monthly sales activities
Leading and Managing Teams
• Oversee sales teams across assigned regions or showrooms
• Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate sales staff performance
• Ensure teams have strong product knowledge and customer handling capability
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, distributors and corporate clients
• Negotiate retail and corporate deals and resolve customer issues promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints
Market Analysis and Forecasting
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities
• Forecast demand and provide strategic inputs to management
Sales Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, trends and competitor movement
• Present insights to upper management for decision making
Other Responsibilities
• Train sales teams on product features and competitive advantages
• Manage relationships with multiple sales channels including e commerce and retail partners
• Participate in trade shows, industry events and marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution
• Minimum ten years of experience in electronic equipment or home appliances sales
• Leadership, communication and retail management expertise
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
• Age minimum thirty two years
