Twenty-four outstanding corporate leaders across 23 categories were honoured at the Mutual Trust Bank PLC Presents 4th Bangladesh C-Suite Awards 2025 powered by AIUB (American International University-Bangladesh) and United Group and in association with Twelve Clothing. The prestigious gala event, an initiative of Bangladesh Brand Forum, was held on November 22, 2025 at the United Convention Centre.
The evening brought together Bangladesh’s top corporate minds including C-suite executives, boardroom leaders, founders, strategists and institutional decision-makers in a celebration of leadership shaping the nation’s next phase of corporate transformation.
Welcoming the attendees, Shariful Islam, Founder and Managing Director of Bangladesh Brand Forum, said, “The strength of a nation lies in the quality of its leadership. This year’s awards received 102 nominations from 51 organisations, highlighting broader participation and a rising competitive spirit in Bangladesh’s corporate landscape. Winners were selected through a rigorous evaluation process conducted by a distinguished Council Board comprising experts in corporate leadership, business education, strategic consulting and economic policy. The Council Board included:

Since its inception, the C-Suite Awards has become one of the most trusted platforms in the country for recognising excellence and highlighting leaders who deliver impact while setting new benchmarks for corporate leadership.
Earlier in the day, Bangladesh Brand Forum hosted the 9th Leadership Summit at the same venue under the theme “Resilient Leadership Thriving Amid Uncertainty.” The summit brought together business and C-suite executives, founders, board members, development leaders, business academics and investment professionals to discuss how leadership must evolve in an increasingly unpredictable economic environment.
The agenda featured three keynote sessions, three panel discussions and one insight session. Keynote speakers included:
- Professor Dr A. K. Enamul Haque, who discussed the economic and financial foundations needed for sustainable growth
- Eisuke Tachikawa, Founder and Design Strategist, Nosigner, and Professor, Keio University, who spoke about creative leadership and its role in building resilience
- Professor Andrew Karl Delios, Provost’s Chair and Vice Dean, Business School, National University of Singapore, who addressed leadership models suited for emerging economies experiencing turbulence
Panel and insight discussions explored themes such as financial discipline as a leadership tool, skills for navigating volatility and the structural changes required for long-term corporate sustainability. Speakers emphasised accountability, governance, data-driven decision-making and the need for resilient leadership to prepare organisations for the next stage of national progress.
Together, the Leadership Summit and C-Suite Awards 2025 highlighted a unified message. Bangladesh’s continued progress will depend on leaders who balance purpose with performance, look beyond short-term gains, uphold strong values and make informed decisions. As the country enters a defining decade, the discussions and recognitions underscored the need for leadership rooted in clarity, resilience and long-term vision to sustain Bangladesh’s momentum in the global economy.
