Madina Group, a well established name in Bangladesh’s trading and industrial sector, is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager Stone Sales to lead sales operations, drive market expansion, and strengthen relationships with corporate and project based clients. This senior leadership role is suited for a sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and proven experience in trading or export import businesses, especially related to stone or cement industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting construction and mega project sites, collecting market intelligence, presenting product details to corporate clients, submitting offers, and executing sales contracts. The role requires strategic planning, market development, competitor analysis, and continuous expansion of the business network within the assigned territory. English fluency is mandatory, as the position involves communication with foreign stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit construction and mega project sites to collect information on stone consumption, supplier, quality, rate and requirements
• Meet corporate clients and present company product details confidently
• Prepare and submit product offers and execute sales contracts
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned market
• Identify new customers, new market opportunities and develop growth strategies
• Expand the company’s business network across the region
• Maintain strong knowledge of competitors, customer management principles and product promotion strategies
• Maintain communication and relationships with existing customers through calls, emails and meetings
• Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements
• Master of Business Administration in Marketing
• Professional certification in marketing and sales will be preferred
• Minimum ten years of experience in trading, export import or cement industry
• Age minimum thirty five years
• Must have strong proficiency in English for communicating with foreign stakeholders
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
