Nitol Niloy Group, one of Bangladesh’s most diversified industrial conglomerates, is looking for a Regional After Sales Manager to lead and manage the complete service and parts operations within a defined region. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with strong technical expertise, after sales experience, and proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, dealer development and regional service performance.
The Regional After Sales Manager will be responsible for service network expansion, dealer revenue growth, customer satisfaction, manpower training, and achieving service and parts business targets. The role also includes coordination with regional sales teams, planning after sales promotional activities, managing MIS reporting, and ensuring smooth vehicle delivery processes. Strong analytical ability, team leadership, and technical skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Take full charge of service and parts operations for the assigned region
• Achieve dealer revenue targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Develop, monitor and achieve service and parts business plans and targets
• Provide regular MIS reports, warranty MIS, product feedback and market intelligence to the department head
• Coordinate with regional sales team on new vehicle delivery and customer feedback
• Expand regional service network and support dealer development
• Conduct TIP, SIP and various customer engagement programs
• Plan and execute after sales promotional initiatives across the region
• Recruit, train and retain dealer after sales manpower
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
• Five to eight years of experience in manufacturing, automobile, electronics, trading, heavy industry or related sectors
• Age between twenty eight and forty two years
• Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills and decision making ability
• Good leadership, teamwork and problem solving capability
• Ability to manage cross functional coordination and large field operations
