Anwar Group of Industries, one of Bangladesh’s most respected and long established business conglomerates, is inviting applications for the role of Executive or Senior Executive Sales and Marketing for Anwar Cement Ltd. This position is designed for energetic, target driven professionals with hands on experience in cement sales and dealer network development.
As part of Anwar Cement’s nationwide sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding dealer networks, identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and retailers. You will also take part in promotional activities, verify dealer claims, and ensure continuous growth of cement sales across assigned districts.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned cement sales targets
• Create potential markets and identify new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers
• Maintain regular communication with retailers for sustained sales growth
• Develop and expand the dealer network in assigned districts
• Participate in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales
• Check, verify and ensure timely submission of dealer claims
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and onboard new customers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
• One to four years of experience in the cement industry
• Age between twenty three and thirty years
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Target oriented mindset and interest in field sales
