Tiger Battery Co Ltd, a sister concern of Tiger New Energy Co Ltd, is seeking a hardworking and target driven Territory Sales Officer to strengthen its dealer network and expand market presence in Mymensingh and Tangail regions. This role is ideal for sales professionals with prior experience in battery or storage cell industries who can manage field operations, build strong market relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing dealers and retailers, creating new dealer points, executing marketing activities and POSM, and ensuring monthly and quarterly sales target achievement. Regular market visits, timely reporting and strong communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers
• Identify and create new dealers and retailers to expand market coverage
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Execute marketing activities and POSM properly across the territory
• Conduct regular market visits and submit sales reports on time
Requirements
• HSC or Bachelor of Arts
• Two to three years of experience in battery or storage cell industry preferred
• Age minimum twenty four years
• Strong communication, field management and relationship building skills
• Target oriented mindset
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary twelve thousand taka plus TA DA five thousand taka
• Performance bonus up to sixty thousand taka
• TA, mobile bill
