The campaign will run from 25 November 2025 to 25 January 2026. The announcement was made at Walton’s corporate office in Dhaka, where brand ambassador and renowned actress Bidya Sinha Mim officially inaugurated the initiative.
Also present at the event were Walton Plaza Managing Director Mohammad Rayhan, Walton Hi-Tech’s Additional Managing Director and CFO Md Ziaul Alam, FCA, ICAEW, along with other senior company officials.

Walton’s Head of Strategic Business Development Ariful Ambia stated that the digital campaign is designed to further enhance after-sales service efficiency through automated customer data integration. “Walton is not only delivering international-standard products but also ensuring superior after-sales service through a digitally integrated system,” he said.
Customers purchasing eligible products will have their items digitally registered and receive SMS confirmation of their rewards. Users of Walton’s Amar Awaaz mobile app will also enjoy additional exclusive benefits throughout the campaign period.
