Advanced Chemical Industries PLC (ACI) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for ACI Hygiene Products to lead regional sales operations and drive commercial growth. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and strong market understanding to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in FMCG, toiletries, or related industries, with proven ability to manage teams, analyze sales trends, and strengthen customer and channel relationships. This is a full time position based in Chattogram.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Plan, organize, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance
• Resolve sales related issues and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Track competitor activity, market conditions, and customer preferences
• Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams for business improvement
• Ensure smooth execution of retail sales and maintain reporting discipline
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG, toiletries, food, beverage, or group of companies
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Capable of analyzing sales metrics and preparing performance reports
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills
• Age not more than 45 years
