
IFAD Group, one of Bangladesh’s most prominent automotive and industrial conglomerates, is recruiting an Executive Sr Executive for Sales and Marketing in its Commercial Vehicle and Motorbike segment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales expertise in automobiles, commercial vehicles, or industrial machinery. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, managing client relationships, and consistently meeting revenue targets across Bangladesh. The position requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to sales inquiries and understand customer requirements to provide the right solutions
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as per management expectations
• Motivate customers and guide them toward informed purchasing decisions
• Conduct regular meetings and sales presentations with potential clients
• Visit markets frequently to stay updated on trends and competitor activities
• Identify potential customers and ensure conversion to successful long term clients
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Maintain proper and regular communication with all clients
• Work collaboratively with the team and take on challenges with a positive mindset
Requirements
• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Bachelor’s Master’s degree in BBA Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Group of Companies, Automobile or Industrial Machinery
• Age: 28 to 38 years
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• Ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh
• Proficiency in Microsoft 360
