The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in FMCG or bakery industry and the ability to manage key accounts, forecast sales, support product customization and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor sales team activities to achieve SKU wise sales and ensure consistent growth
• Understand corporate and modern trade client requirements and support product customization
• Track corporate client credit status and communicate updates when needed
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Support execution of sales strategies across modern trade and corporate channels
Requirements
• MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
• 4 to 5 years of experience in FMCG, Group of Companies or Bakery industry
• Strong understanding of modern trade operations and corporate sales
• Ability to coordinate with cross functional teams and manage multiple clients
