Kazi Farms Group, a leading agro-based company in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced Officer/Executive for Cattle Feed Sales & Technical Service. This role involves providing expert technical support, supervising service delivery, and promoting sales of cattle feed products. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in cattle feed sales, technical services, and customer management. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree is required for this role. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and leadership skills who can work effectively across various geographies and market segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive technical support for cattle feed sales
• Supervise and deliver technical services for cattle feed
• Conduct regular market visits, demonstrations, and seasonal technical training to attract and retain farmers
• Organize and lead training programs for sales teams to drive sales and achieve growth targets
• Develop growth strategies and product development plans tailored to regional market needs
• Prepare feed performance reports, track sales achievements, and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in cattle feed sales and technical services
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations in both Bangla and English
• Experience in agro-based firms, particularly in cattle feed
