Rising Group celebrates 25th anniversary

Textile and apparel manufacturer Rising Group recently celebrated its 25th founding anniversary. To mark the occasion, managing director Mahmud Hasan Khan cut a cake at its corporate office in Dhaka, said a press release.

The company started small, with just 120 sewing machines in a rented building in Mirpur. Today, it has grown to include 13 sister concerns, employing nearly 14,000 people in its own complexes in Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai, Gazipur, and Manikganj.

The company has always offered a wide range of services, from spinning and knitting to dyeing, finishing, embroidering, and printing. But now we’ve gone one step further to offer full-service garment manufacturing, accessories, and packaging solutions.
