Incepta wins President’s Industrial Development Award

Incepta Pharmaceuticals Limited has been awarded the first prize in the large industrial sector category for its outstanding contribution to the national economy at the President’s Industrial Development Award 2020.

On Thursday, Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun presented Incepta Pharmaceuticals Chairman and Managing Director Abdul Muktadir with an award and certificate at a programme organized by the Ministry of Industries in Dhaka, as stated in a press release.

State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Mojumder, Industries Secretary Zakia Sultana, and Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry President Md Jashim Uddin were also in attendance at the ceremony.

After receiving the recognition and prize from the president, Abdul Muktadir was elated and said, “This is such great encouragement for all of us to keep pushing forward. We have an amazing team who worked hard to make this happen.”

“Incepta is constantly striving to produce high-quality lifesaving drugs affordably. We’re so proud to be exporting our products to 71 countries and counting.

“This news just adds more fuel to our fire as we continue expanding our capacity and exporting products to even more countries,” he added.
