UIU, CMED Health sign MoU for research collaboration

United International University (UIU) and CMED Health Limited have entered into an agreement to collaborate on research between industry and academia through a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

The MoU signing ceremony, held in Dhaka on Monday (23 January), was attended by Lokman Hossain Miah, the executive chairman of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority, as the chief guest.

Moinuddin Hasan Rashid, the Chairman and Managing Director of United Group, was also present as a special guest, and the event was presided over by UIU Vice-Chancellor (Acting) Md Abul Kashem Mia.

The Executive Director of UIU Institute for Advanced Research, M Rezwan Khan, and the Managing Director of CMED Health, Farhana Sarker, put their signatures on the agreement representing their respective organizations.
