Deepta Play signed a MoU with Deutsche Welle
German international broadcaster Deutsche Welle (DW) has signed a formal agreement with Kazi Media Limited’s (Deepta TV) OTT platform Deepta Play. Through this agreement Deutsche Welle’s content is getting space on Bangladesh’s OTT platform. Which will be a new dimension for Deepta Play viewers.
Nazia Adnin, Deutsche Welle’s digital distribution coordinator in Bangladesh, stated that Deutsche Welle’s goal is to globally distribute its content and promote it to top media outlets. They partnered with Deepta Play OTT as part of their efforts to connect with those in the healthy entertainment industry.
He also said, we hope to work with Deepta TV family with many quality content in the coming days.
Deepta TV Head of Digital Media, Mohammad Abu Nasim said, Deepta TV has been working with healthy entertainment since its inception. Recently we launched our OTT platform Deepta Play. The love and support we are getting from the audience in this short time proves that Deepta Play like Deepta TV has got a place in people’s hearts. We are bringing more types of content in the coming days.
On Tuesday (January 31) at the Dipta TV office, the negotiation process was completed in the presence of Deutsche Welle’s Bangladesh Digital Distribution Coordinator, Nazia Adnin.
Fuad Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of Deepta TV, Head of Sales and Marketing was present at this time. Mozammel Hossain, Head of Digital Media Mohammad Abu Nasim and Assistant Manager Digital Media (Sales, Campaigns and Partnerships) Rabiul Islam Rana.
