Praava Health launches home lab testing solution ‘Ghore Lab’

Praava Health, a healthcare provider, has announced the launch of “Ghore Lab”, a solution that offers lab testing from the comfort of a patient’s home.

On Wednesday, February 8th, Praava Health officially launched Ghore Lab, a new home lab testing solution, at the Dhaka Reporters Unity. CEO Sylvana Quader Sinha spoke at the event, highlighting the company’s dedication to providing high-quality and accessible healthcare services.

According to Sylvana, Ghore Lab allows patients to have sample collections done within three hours of booking and eliminates the need for physical visits to a lab or healthcare facility, reducing the risk of infection exposure. The CEO described the launch of Ghore Lab as “a giant leap forward” in making quality lab testing accessible and convenient for all.

Praava Health has established collection points in the capital city, staffed by skilled workers. The company is also one of six ISO-certified labs in the country. Patients can schedule appointments via the hotline (10684), website, or Facebook for various tests prescribed by their doctor. Tests costing over Tk1500 will have the sample collection done for free, while tests costing less will incur a service charge of Tk500. The service is now available to all.
