Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The role involves managing daily sales activities, executing trade marketing initiatives, and building strong trade relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to sales growth, market expansion, and sustainable brand success across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily sales activities and execute trade marketing programs.

Build and strengthen trade relations with distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.

Conduct market demand forecasting and achieve assigned sales targets.

Drive sustainable growth in market share.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Master’s in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Maximum 2 years of experience (Building Material Industry experience preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability and passion to ride a motorcycle.
