Position Overview:
As a Senior or Territory Manager under ACI Consumer Brands, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance, leading a sales team, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring market execution excellence within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet secondary sales targets

Identify and expand business opportunities in the assigned territory

Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity

Lead and monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) and evaluate performance using sales KPIs

Resolve customer concerns and ensure service excellence

Provide regular product training to SRs, channel partners and key stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines and industry standards
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in territory or field sales

Willingness to work in any part of Bangladesh
