Position Overview:
ACI is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sr. / Brand Executive (Hygiene Products) to develop and execute marketing strategies for its hygiene product lines. The role requires hands-on experience in brand management, market analysis, sales forecasting, and promotional planning. This position will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, ensuring product availability, and enhancing consumer engagement across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies for existing and newly assigned hygiene products.

Analyze market trends, forecast potential demand, and recommend initiatives on product, price, and promotion.

Prepare yearly sales budgets, profit and loss statements, and sales forecasts.

Develop monthly promotional plans, monitor execution, and measure impact.

Track national sales against targets and evaluate depot-level performance.

Ensure product supply chain continuity and maintain optimum stock levels at depots.

Update product costing based on raw material price changes and other variables.

Conduct competitor analysis, market visits, and suggest adjustments to strengthen market position.

Assist in developing packaging materials for new products.
Qualifications:

BBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

Age not more than 30 years.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
