Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wholesale and trading market.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to generate leads and secure orders.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key trading partners and wholesale clients.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance, market demand, and potential improvements.
