Position Overview:
The Executive or Senior Executive of Market Intelligence will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed strategies to optimize sales operations and market performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights that directly support revenue growth and strategic decision-making. The selected individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying advanced tools and AI techniques to uncover trends, manage performance dashboards and maintain sales reporting accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze nationwide sales performance data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

Deliver actionable insights and reports to sales and marketing teams to boost revenue growth

Monitor and interpret evolving market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior

Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and automated reports for real-time tracking

Compute and manage incentive schemes based on predefined performance metrics

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in sales data and reporting systems

Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data architecture and visualization tools

Integrate AI and machine learning techniques into market analysis and sales forecasting models
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university
Experience Requirements:

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an added advantage
Additional Requirements:

Strong command over data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and SQL

Ability to handle large and complex datasets efficiently and translate them into actionable business insights

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across departments
