ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. They have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in product line. They are looking for Assistant Product Manager for Yamaha Motorcycle division.
Job Context
- This is a sales-oriented field-based job. Incumbents are expected to achieve monthly sales targets of frozen animal (bull) semen processed in the company`s research center.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare appropriate marketing plans and strategies for assigned portfolio.
- Develop product pricing, positioning and promotional strategy.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Monitor and execute short and long-term sales and achieve portfolio target by coordinating with the sales team.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Collect and analyse feedback from customers and other stakeholders. Reshape requirements, features, and offerings.
- Coordinate with the sales team and marketing team to produce effective strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Make regular field visits and identify/communicate with prospected customers.
- Any other tasks assign by the supervisor.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Analytical and Decision making ability, Brand Planning/ Development, Business/ Product Development, Digital Marketing, MS Office suites
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in motorcycle or FMCG industry.
- Shown success in crafting marketing or promotion plans.
- Knowledge of wide variety of marketing methods – Grassroots marketing etc.
- Strategic thinking & high social skill.
- Strong planning & presentation skill.
