The company is seeking a strategic and performance-driven professional to lead its knowledge management and organizational efficiency initiatives at the corporate office.
Job Context:
This is a mid-level position based at ACI Centre, Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, designed for a candidate who excels in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and digital transformation. The role will focus on developing and implementing knowledge management (KM) systems and operational frameworks to strengthen learning, information sharing, and innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operational and knowledge management (KM) projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Develop and implement KM strategies, governance frameworks, and process improvement models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and create efficient business solutions.

Design, implement, and manage KM platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or intranet portals.

Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing through communication and training initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KM programs using KPIs and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and information security standards.

Facilitate communities of practice and support subject matter experts in developing and curating business knowledge.

Extract key insights and information from diverse sources such as WhatsApp, online meetings, and R&D discussions to streamline internal documentation and knowledge flow.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management and knowledge management.

Experience in FMCG or Group of Companies preferred.
Additional Requirements:
-
Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, digital collaboration tools, and business architecture.

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.

Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with enterprise content management systems and AI-driven KM tools is preferred.
