ACI Pure Flour has kicked off the second season of the national baking competition, “Bake It Best.” The inaugural season, introduced last year, aimed to celebrate and recognize baking enthusiasts and their passion for the art of baking.
The competition unfolds in three stages. In the initial round, individuals can participate by registering online and submitting images along with the baking process of their culinary creations. From the online entries, 60 participants will be selected to advance to the semi-final round. A workshop, guided by expert pastry chefs from the country, will be organized for the 60 semi-finalists.
Subsequently, the semi-finalists are required to present their baked goods at specified venues within their respective divisions. From this stage, 12 participants will be chosen as finalists, earning the opportunity to engage in live baking sessions in Dhaka, overseen by renowned pastry chefs in the country. The competition’s champion will be awarded BDT 100,000 as the grand prize, while the 1st and 2nd runners-up will receive BDT 50,000 and BDT 30,000, respectively.
