ACI is looking for a creative and detail driven Brand Communication Specialist to support its pharmaceutical business. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in packaging design, brand communication, and regulatory compliant artwork development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Role Overview

The Brand Communication Specialist will lead and execute end to end packaging design and visual communication for pharmaceutical products, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end to end packaging design development for pharmaceutical products
Ensure all packaging artworks fully comply with DGDA regulations, pharmacovigilance requirements, and ACI brand guidelines
Support new product launches, line extensions, reformulations, and rebranding initiatives through effective packaging and visual communication
Maintain consistency of brand identity across packaging and related communication materials
Manage artwork development, review, approval, and version control processes for error free and timely execution
Analyze local and global pharmaceutical packaging trends, materials, and innovations within regulatory boundaries
Work closely with Strategic Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to ensure content accuracy, dosage information, and mandatory disclosures

Educational Qualification and Experience

Bachelor or Master of Fine Arts (BFA or MFA) from a reputed public or private university
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience (healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred)
Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical packaging artworks and DGDA regulations
