Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui earns DBA from UWTSD, after completing thesis titled “Factors of Productivity Leading to Organizational Transformation”
Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui has obtained Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from University of Wales Trinity St. David (UWTSD), UK after successful completion of thesis titled “Factors of Productivity Leading to Organizational Transformation”. He completed his extensive research by developing 4 conceptual models – which took about 7 years and 2 months to complete. His doctoral research examination committee consisted with Prof Jill Venus from UWTSD as the chair, Prof Dr. Wan Norhayate Wan Daud as internal examiner, Prof. Dr. Oo Yu Hock as the external examiner and the thesis was done under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Zulkifli Hj Senteri.
Having more than 20 years of career in the leadership role Dr Siddiqui now aspire to contribute more in academic and theoretical journals, papers that would be pivotal for the transformational exercise for any tech company as well as for the incumbents who wants to become entrepreneur or aims to contribute to any multinational or global tech company. He also envision his research outcome and models would contribute towards the organisational transformation of local Bangladeshi companies towards a global culture.
Dr. Siddiqui was the Executive Vice-President of Robi Axiata Limited. Currently he is working as the Chief Executive Officer of Grameen Digital Health. He has been instrumental in launching innovative services for Bangladesh such as Zoom, Rocket, Bkash, Milvik health services, Big data projects, 10 minutes school, Binge and so on that brought him prestigious Telco awards like CommunicAsia, Glomo Awards, Brand Forum award and so on. He is a regular speaker at the international and local forums and a judge of Bangabandhu Innovation Funds.
Dr. Armaan Siddiqui is associated with many social and humanitarian organizations in the area including Sitakunda Health and Education Trust, Sitakunda Jankalyan Forum and he is the Cheif advisor of MFJF (www.mfjf.xyz) that brought him international accreditations like South Asia Award, Mahatma Gandhi Peace Award and Commonwealth excellence award.
