AJ Group is looking for Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager for Marketing & Sales

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote land and apartment projects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging innovative approaches and market insights.
- Execute indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sales targets set by management.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
- Conduct regular project visits to ensure quality standards and address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by management to support business objectives.
Qualification:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
