Akij Bakers Ltd., a subsidiary of Akij Insaf Group, brings delicious and innovative bakery products in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor marketplace for evaluating sales performance also Visiting distribution points for compliance checking
- Evaluate and supervise the effectiveness of various retail & consumer programs and its implementation.
- Prepare plan for conducting sales force promotional assessment activities also finding out Market GAP, Uncovered outlet, Retailers & Customer feedback about ABL product & services.
- Responsible for SKU wise product availability analysis and reporting of ABL & competitors through market survey.
- Plan for inventory management in various distributor point & depot.
- Plan for Various trade program settlement work with team
- Monitor competitors continuous trade program and analysis various data.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Required
- 10 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
