Akij FMCG Limited, who currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Sales Manager- TSM, who can develop and lead their team as well as the company’s sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Driving primary and secondary sales in line with the company’s growth target
- Managing distributors through providing support in distributors’ business planning and execution
- Leading, developing and monitoring the field force and sales Officers to ensure the sales target
- Ensuring product availability and visibility through flawless execution of trade and merchandising activities in the market
- Driving the Basic Sales KPIs of Individuals and Teams.
- Developing Sales Officers’ capability through planning, calendar preparation and coaching (classroom & on the job).
Educational Requirements
- Business Graduates from reputed Public/ Private Universities.
Additional Requirements
- Analytical Ability, MS Office Application, Dealer Management, Excellent presentation and communication skills, Team Leader.
- Experience: Candidates having a minimum of 2-3 years experience as Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in FMCG Sales.
