AKIJ Motors is looking for Executive – Digital Marketing, Brand & Creative

AKIJ Group, a sole proprietorship company one of the leading industrial group in Bangladesh. Akij Motors gathered a vast experience in transportation & automobile servicing through maintenance of our own fleet by manual servicing since long. Subsequently we have established “Akij Motors” which is “One Stop Automobile Solution” to cover most of the automobile business in Bangladesh. Akij Motors is working with those vehicle manufacturers who are manufacturer some of the world renowned brands. AKIJ Motors is looking for Executive for Digital Marketing, Brand & Creative.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing digital marketing strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, P interest and Google.
  • Plan, create and manage sales driven paid campaigns for social media and google to collect leads and meet business objectives.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Research market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, to drive engagements and conversions.
  • Implementing and managing the marketing strategy and focusing on platforms that is relevant to our client’s business objectives.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to increase traffic.
  • Be able to identify powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
  • Design and produce compelling graphic content that aligns with AKIJ Motors brand identity, including banners, social media posts, info graphics, and email templates.
  • Create and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, products, tutorials, promotional campaigns, and customer testimonials.
  • Develop engaging animation content that brings our brand story to life and enhances our visual communication across digital channels.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule across all platforms.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of AKIJ Motors media presence, crafting engaging posts that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
  • Interact with followers, respond to inquiries and comments, and foster a positive online community around the AKIJ Motors brand.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and follower growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs in alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Manage the AKIJ Motors website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Coordinate with web developers and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement new features or improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign ideas that align with broader marketing goals and brand messaging.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep AKIJ Motors at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Present campaign ideas, progress reports, and performance analyses to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Any others task as per Management.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media marketing.
  • Manage and execute digital, social media operations, and advertising campaigns.
  • Skilled in branding, campaign planning, marketing, and promotion.Maintain a smiling, warm, friendly, and positive attitude under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent writing and speaking fluency in English.
  • Brand Marketing, Brand planning and Development, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), facebook ads, Facebook marketing, Google Ads, Google Adwords, Instagram Ads, Local SEO.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Required Skills & Expertise: Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Facebook Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google advertising campaigns, Google analytics.
  • Gender: Male only
