Akij Paper Mills Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Executive – Sales & Marketing (Paper & Carton) on a contractual basis.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, client relationship management, and market development within the packaging, paper, or FMCG industry.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 to 3 years in Group of Companies, Paper, Food (Packaged), or Beverage sectors

Age: Minimum 26 years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive sales growth by identifying and engaging new clients for both paper and carton packaging solutions.

Promote paper products such as Color Medium 150 GSM, CMO 100 GSM, Medium 120 GSM, Tanvir Sizing 150 GSM, and YPM Sizing 150 GSM.

Market corrugated master cartons (3-ply, 5-ply, 7-ply) tailored to customers’ packaging requirements.

Analyze market trends, research competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management.

Maintain client relationships and deliver outstanding customer support.

Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events to strengthen brand presence.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to exceed business targets.
