Perform market research, work closely with internal teams, and oversee brand campaigns to boost customer engagement and loyalty. Track brand performance and cultivate partnerships with external agencies and media partners.

• Define the brand’s unique value proposition and communicate it effectively across all channels.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
• Align brand strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all marketing materials.
• Conduct regular brand audits to maintain brand integrity and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
• Collaborate with top management and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and perception in the market.
