They are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to lead brand-building initiatives and drive marketing efforts for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong leadership skills to manage campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand equity.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee content development, including advertising, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Lead brand activation, sponsorships, and event marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Cement Industry
