Responsibilities & Context

Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligning with business goals, audience needs, and brand voice.
Lead content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
Manage a team of content creators to ensure content quality and consistency.
Align content initiatives with business objectives and audience needs.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Analysis content performance to inform future strategy and improvements.
Oversee the production of high-quality content for various platforms.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate content strategies.
Monitor industry trends to keep the content strategy relevant and innovative.
Provide feedback and guidance to content creators to maintain high standards.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree- Preferred in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or any related field.

Experience

4 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
