Position Overview:

Akij Venture Group is looking for enthusiastic and capable candidates to join its sales force as Territory Sales Manager (TSM). This role offers dynamic growth, field leadership, and exciting incentives tied to performance.
Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any reputed public or private university (DU, CU, RU, KU, JU, NSU, BRAC, BUP, IUB, AIUB preferred)

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

2 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector is a plus (will offer higher salary)

Experience in team supervision and sales automation systems will be an added advantage

Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory

Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary between 30K to 40K BDT for deserving candidates

Sales Incentives: 10K+ based on performance
