AKIJ VENTURE Ltd. (AVL) a concern of Akij Group. AVL is led by Mr. Sk. Shamim Uddin, Hon’bl Chairman. It is one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Bangladesh, started its journey as Akij Food & Beverage Limited since 2006 providing quality products, cutting edge solutions, enriched supply chain, sustainability, and consumer priority focused.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing activities with the objective of bringing sustainable growth to the organization and launch and introduce new products to increase revenue and to reach new consumer base and markets
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategy for the organization to increase top of the mind awareness, total awareness, market share and utilize brand budget properly
- Media and digital marketing plan, execute PR activities and utilize design team through ATL, BTL and digital media platforms to enhance brand identity, build loyal consumer base and establish goodwill .
- Based on annual business plan, achieve year to year business growth and take strategic decisions in order to achieve long-term growth
- Introduce and launch new products to boost sales, increase revenue and gain more business opportunities
Requirements
Education: BBA & MBA in marketing from any reputed university
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience from any reputed organization
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role
