Responsibilities & Context
The purpose of the Job is to work closely with the HRIS team to ensure the efficient functioning of HR software and data management processes.
- Accurately input and update employee data in the HRIS
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using HRIS data for HR and management
- Provide support to HR staff and employees regarding HRIS functionality
- Assist in resolving user inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes
- Contribute to the creation of HRIS documentation and manuals
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and insights
Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR principles and processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
