AkijBashir Group, one of Bangladesh’s leading business conglomerates, is looking for a Senior/Territory Officer or Territory Manager for its Akij Glass division. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with one of the most trusted names in the building materials industry.
Job Context:
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing sales operations within an assigned territory. The position demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. Candidates with prior experience in the Thai Aluminum or Glass industry will receive preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and finalize agreements with customers.
- Identify client needs through regular market research and feedback.
- Prepare accurate quotations, price estimates, and proposals.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure product satisfaction.
- Maintain and monitor inventory, ensuring quality and availability.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to consistent business growth.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and data analysis for performance review.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Group of Companies, Plastic/Polymer Industry, Sanitary Ware, Tiles/Ceramics, or Steel sector.
- Experience in the Thai Aluminum or Glass industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Expertise:
- Leadership and effective communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
